Shipping Policy
Turnaround Time
Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to ship from our facility and be received by USPS. Delivery time may take up to 7 business days depending on your location from St. Louis, MO.


Order Tracking
A tracking # will most likely be provided by the shipping carrier. (Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.)

Shipping Rates
Shipping on our site is FREE. Return shipments will incur a shipping charge based on the weight of your products and your location.

Back Orders / Discontinued 
If an item goes on back order or becomes discontinued we will contact you regarding a replacement item. For back order items you may choose to ship the part of your order that is in stock and receive a second shipment once the back order product is available, or wait until your entire order is available for shipment.

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Items must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Please return the item within 30 days of your purchase date. Please Note: Refunds will be returned to the credit card on file LESS the return shipping costs.

1. Please email info@schlaflyshop.com to request a return and/or exchange. Please include the reason for your return and/or exchange.
2. Once the return is approved. You will receive a USPS return label via the email address on file.
3. Place new return label on package and drop off at any USPS location. Once the product is received a refund will be credited back the credit card on file.
4. For exchanges, please return the product as noted above and create a new order on the site for the exchanged product.

How to Exchange An Item

Return/Exchange Exceptions
Products that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 


Payment Policy
Accepted Methods of Payment
- Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover)
- PayPal Balance/Credit (PayPal will be used for credit processing. You do not need an account to pay by credit card)

Charges
Your credit card/PayPal balance will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded. Please Note: Some credit cards may show a low amount charge on your account. This is only an authorization attempt to verify funds. This charge will NOT be fully processed on your account.
